"A friend who plays tennis at North Ridge had been training with Caleb and invited me to join her. I'd always enjoyed weight training but had never had instruction with a trainer so, I thought I'd try it, at least one time. One time is all it took for me to commit to a regular 2X weekly program for the last 8 months; I have no intention of stopping. Caleb took the time to assess my strengths and weaknesses and design a workout schedule that suited my needs, protected me from injury and allowed for safe gains in both strength and mobility. Additionally, I've had success with correcting issues with my back that weeks of expensive Physical Therapy didn't improve.
